1. Controller
The controller for the personal data processed on this website is Frank Stellmacher. See the imprint for the full postal address. Contact via e‑mail: .
2. General notes on processing
We process personal data only insofar as it is necessary to provide a functional website or to answer a specific request. Legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre‑contractual / contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional web presence).
3. Server logs
When you access the website, our hosting provider (1blu AG, Riemenschneiderweg 11, 13407 Berlin, Germany) automatically records technical information transmitted by your browser:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- URL requested and amount of data transmitted
- HTTP status code
- Referrer URL and user‑agent
These data are stored in the host's server log files. We do not merge them with any other data sources. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. The retention period is governed by the host and is typically short (a few days to weeks).
4. Cookies, tracking, analytics
This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics. No external fonts, map services or advertising networks are loaded.
5. Contact form and e‑mail
When you use the contact form, the fields you submit (name, e‑mail, subject, message and the privacy acknowledgement) are processed solely to handle your request.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre‑contractual or contractual requests, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your request). Data is retained only as long as needed to deal with the matter and is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Transmission is encrypted via TLS. As anti‑spam protection, the form uses an invisible honeypot field and a small math challenge. Neither the sender's IP address nor additional metadata are stored beyond what is technically necessary for sending and the host's spam filtering.

other safeguards, on the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework for transfers to the US. Privacy
